- Returns: You have 7 days after delivery to request return if product is faulty or not as described

- Condition: Product must be unused in original packaging

- Process: WhatsApp us 0607548397 with order number + photo of issue

- Refund: Once we receive returned product, refund processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method via PayFast

- Sale items: Non-returnable unless faulty
